The full cost of materials, components, and fabrication for any custom robot build is borne entirely by the school institution.

Upon completion, the custom robot becomes the sole property of the school. TechBotin claims no intellectual or physical ownership.

Custom builds incur a separate, pre-agreed worker fee payable to TechBotin to cover the additional skilled engineering and assembly labour.

All custom advanced projects undergo a formal scoping process to ensure clarity, feasibility, and quality of outcome.

  2. Feasibility Assessment — TechBotin engineering team evaluates scope within 5 business days.
  3. Cost Quotation — Detailed material and labour cost breakdown shared with school.
  4. Agreement Sign-Off — Both parties sign a custom project addendum.
  5. Build & Delivery — TechBotin engineers build, test, and deliver the robot to school premises.
